Traduzione
I have been training at Energy Fitness for four years now and I can say with certainty that it has become a second home for me. The service is truly excellent: the instructors are professional, always ready to give you useful advice and motivate you when you are tired. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, creating a family atmosphere that makes every workout enjoyable. The machines are high quality, always modern and well maintained, and the spaces are perfect for any type of workout. There is enough space to move around, but also to focus on specific exercises without ever feeling overwhelmed by the crowd. The variety of equipment and the well-thought-out layout allow you to always have the right amount of privacy, but also to share the experience with others if you want. What strikes me every time is the energy that you can feel in the gym. The people who go to Energy Fitness are fantastic, always ready to push themselves and motivate each other. It is not just a place to work out, but an environment where you grow together, both physically and mentally. It's really nice to see how, over time, I and others have achieved our goals, thanks also to the mutual support we exchange. In these four years I have managed to improve myself in many aspects of my life, not only physically, but also mentally, thanks to the strength I find in this place. Energy Fitness is not just a gym, it is a place of positive energy, well-being and constant growth. I couldn't ask for anything better.

Giuseppe, l'istruttore, è molto preparato e ti segue davvero durante l'allenamento.
